Internet of things (IOT) and machine to machine (M2M) communication will play an important role in future communication, but there is no ultra reliable low delay wireless communication theory to guide its design. For the highly mobile vehicle to vehicle (V2V) wireless communication scenario, asynchronous transmission should also be accepted. Therefore, it is particularly urgent to study the ultra reliable low delay wireless transmission technology to meet the requirements of asynchronous transmission. Universal filter multi carrier (ufmc) is a new filtering wireless transmission mechanism
